Q: Do the Hours expire? A: Yes the hours expire after 1-month. The hours must be used within 1-month of purchase. Your subscription will automatically be renewed every month unless you cancel your subscription.
Q: Can I cancel anytime? A:If you are on a month to month plan with us you can cancel anytime.
Q: Can I access the space anytime? A: With our hourly plan, you only have access to our space currently from Mon-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. Only if you purchased an unlimited plan you can access our space anytime 24/7 even on weekends.
You'll be given an access card to our space (requires P500 refundable deposit), this card can be used access your main location anytime.
Q: What are Function Room Credits? A: Function room credits are free credits that can be used towards usage of meeting rooms, phone booths, training rooms, and interview rooms. See the chart below to see how many credits are needed for each of our function rooms.
Standard Meeting Room (6pax) = 800 credits per hour
Large Meeting Room (10pax) = 1,200 credits per hour
Training Room = 2,500 Credits per hour
Phone Booth (1pax) = 50 credits for 30 mins, 100 per hour
Interview Rooms (2pax) = 200 credits per hour
Nap Room = 100 credits per hour (maximum of 4 hours per day)
Podcast Studio = 600 credits per hour
